Would you let your Daughter/Son do same mistakes you did? [About Regret]

Regret! This post is a about your expectation from your kids whether or not you want them to follow your steps. A message to parents, and what kind of society you want you children to be a part of?

Hi, this is Alpha again, I am back from my vacation in Cebu, wonderful place, we shall talk about it later in another topic.

In this topic we want to be honest with each other. Not for me, but for you!

So this week I was scrolling down in my Instagram, and I saw one of my friends has posted a new picture, I respect this person a lot and we worked together in the past, she has a very good personality, not only that, she is actually one of those employees that you want to keep, for their honesty and their attitude, specially when they are dealing with customers.

Here is the thing, my friend is a single mother. I know it is not easy by any chance to be a working single mother. It is just complicated just by saying it. Yet the society and your employer wants to see your beautiful smile on your face, all the time, no matter how much trouble you are going through and no matter how difficult your life is.

And I have been thinking, what kind of society you want your kid to live in? Would you let your daughter go through same struggles that you are going through? or you will teach your daughter different things about relationships. Are you going to tell her don't trust men, or you will tell her there is good men out there? will you tell her I wish you have better life and stable marriage, or you will tell her follow my steps blindly?

On the other hand, the father who run away, would you like your son to follow your steps, being not man enough? hurting women, and leave them to face life a lone in early age and take everything away from them? will you tell him, take from women the right to get graduate and to get a decent job; because they will be busy raising their baby, or you will tell him, don't be like me, and you will tell him to respect women? Will you tell him to be man is by touching as much woman as he can? Or you will teach him no to touch anyone before they marry them? Will you tell him to run away once a women is pregnant? Or you will tell him to be a man and be responsible for his actions?

So basically, my question is, would you like your daughter and your son to live in a society that has trust issues?

We have to understand that, Women not suppose to suffer and face the world alone, and Men not suppose to be irresponsible to their families.

I don't want you to answer me, I want you to answer yourself this question. Look at your kids, you will see in their eyes a great future waiting for them, waiting for you, to give them a proper education, teaching them to be better and to have better luck than you. We both know that our children can do better, and we need to admit it in ourselves.

Same goes for the cheater, would you like your daughter or your son to do same mistakes you have been doing? or you will try so hard to not make them be different person than who you are? Because sometimes I feel - And I know I am wrong - that  some parents don't deserve to the blessings of having kids, but if God decided for them to have them, then indeed there is a wisdom behind this, a wisdom that is bigger than my understanding.

Coldplay said it, "nobody said it was easy", and I agree!

Now is it is your move, and I hope that your children will have better life, and they will have a stable relationships when they grow up; because there is nothing to prove here. It is indeed there time now

Quit your job! What?!!

Quit your job, yeah you heard me!

This is Adam from Alpha F. Consulting and in this topic I am urging you to quit your job.

"If you don't achieve your dream, someone else will hire you to achieve theirs."

I know talking is easy, but taking an action is totally way different thing. If it was easy, everyone would go for it.

So what I am asking you to do is, break the chain of the corporate world while you're still young, be the change, be the person that you want to be; because one day, your child will be proud of you.

I will help you to be that change, and I promise you I will share every piece of information I have that actually helped to be the change that I want.

I am not selling you anything. I just know that life is tough, but I was able to come up with a format that might actually work for you, the key of success , the Alpha life style hack that will change your life.

Stay away from anyone does not appreciate you, giving you negative energy, or does not respect you.
Work out, make lots of squats, drink coffee before you workout - (Replacement for pre-workout supplements) -, and eat well, not much, but just enough for your muscles, 2 meals a day is enough.

Don't drink Coke, drink water, a lot of water, and if you are smoker, your body automatically will refuse it little by little, you don't need a program to quit, it will happen automatically.

There is a lot of vitamins you can buy to help in the workout process, as long you are eating, the vitamins will do amazing job. I can share with you the vitamins that helped me personally, i lost weight and i gained weight, so I have a really good idea about these products and how to use them.

Read, focus on how the world started and how it will end, have a copy of King James bible, and Quran, I prefer English language myself. Personally I prefer to start reading on the Abrahamic religions, which are three, Judaism, Christianity, and Islam.

For the Quran, it works a bit different than the bible; since there is no such and English version of it, but there is English translation, there is different between a translation copy and version copy.

Then educate yourself about Hinduism books and Atheist books and any big religion in world wide.

This will open for you very interesting topic and will attract a very interesting people.

Try to avoid alcohol, it is not good for the work out process, go to clubs only for dancing and listening to music.

Learn a new language, Hebrew, Arabic, Farsi, Turkish, Japanese, in case your dream is big and will cost you money, these languages are actually high paid salaries, you will have enough to enjoy your life and to save money in the same time, so you can make your dream come true.

If you followed this, you are feeding your body and your soul, and you will find that losers started to get away from your way; you will find that you are too good for them, and they will realize that they are not as much cool as you, and they might stop you though from what you're doing, if you had struggles with this, try to disappear for a while from their sight, until you accomplish what you want

You will end up knowing the right people, perhaps the right man, or the right woman. It only takes two people to create a great family, and that is different level of happiness.


Now your mind is clear, all your problems seem small, and you are big.

Then, you will know what you want in life, you brain is ready to receive all the positive things.

This is not magic, I thought it was, and i quite the process so many times and I actually doubted it.

Then I figured, I got nothing to lose, and I was patient, you will start to notice the changes less than 3 month, and to maximize the results, you will need to continue, respect the process, and always remember, you did not come from nothing, you are one of billion creations of God, and he would not want to see you lost, because everyone has a specific skill, a purpose, and it is your job to look for it, and you will never find it by getting drunk and hang out with losers.

By this, you will realize what is the proper job for you, you will break the chain of routine.
You will see how great you can be, you will maximize the job that you have to save enough to do your thing, it could be a small food cart that will led to a restaurant, it could be a personal training that will led to opening a GYM, maybe a public speaker, maybe a famous Youtuber with good pay, maybe a blogger just like me, to share your experience to the world, maybe a teacher to teach the next generations, or a freelancer or translator, unless you want to take major like a doctor, engineer, a plice officer.

When you are building your character and investing in yourself, you choose what you want to do for the rest of your life.

Single Moms....From my perspective!

Single Moms! A sensitive topic.

This is Adam from Alpha F. Consulting and we are taking this topic to the next level. It is time to speak the truth.

When I say a single mom, I do not mean widowed, I do not mean divorcee, but I mean a single mom.

Lets's go back in time, you know, high school maybe, teenager life why not, okay good, stop right there!

So, what we got here! An innocent girl who is in love with a boy, not yet a guy, they are both kids, no parents supervision, with the media and internet nowadays, there are no limits, pop music, rock, RN'B, rap, hip hop, you name it, everyone trying to blindly imitate the super stars, everyone want to be a STAR.

The lyrics touch the soul and abuse it to the limit, with the absence of supervision, you get a lost generation who refuse to live and accept reality and choose fantasy over reality, and who does not?

When you are too young to take a decision, when you are in a dilemma between following your mind or your heart, don't we all have been there?

So here is one out of hundreds scenarios that the society is ignoring...

The girl who fell in love with a guy in school, she has a crush on him, both are living in their own bubble, she wants to prove her love to him, on the other hand, he is waiting for a prove from her end, living the moment, exploring each other, no limits, no boundaries, no parents, no nothing.

She wants to feel sexy and wanted, too early for this? Well, she has different opinion, actually both of them has different opinion, but they don't understand the consequences of their own actions. Too young? Again they both have different opinion, free world, freedom, new world order, be what you want to be.

Temporary happiness that ruins a woman's life forever; because she gets pregnant without a marriage.

The Kid, gets panic, OMG! I am a father? Now he realize he is too young to be a father, he finds his way to break up with her.

What are her choices, she is having a baby on the way, i am not going to talk about how she will deliver the news to her family, it is indeed a tough process, specially if she came from poor family.

She drop her school, looking for cheap job, because she is not even a graduate, wants to prove to her family and her society that she is adult and she can take of herself.

Girl, you are very young and beautiful, you don't have to go through this, you are valued, your body is sacred, why you need to do this to yourself? Because the truth is, you don't need to prove anything to anyone.

Wait for the right time, the one who have created you and brought you to this world will never forget about you, you are not suppose to suffer, you are suppose to life your age, and graduate, and chase your career, and make your dreams come true.

The time and energy you will waste on the wrong relationship, you can use it to invest in your self, work out, no need to go to GYM, not everyone can afford it, workout at home, be sexy for your future husband, marriage is beautiful and worth waiting for. But be careful, you don't need to be with a guy who appreciate how sexy you are, big mistake, you want a guy who appreciate your mind, your character, no one is perfect, and your mind matter.

The media is telling you, in order for you to be a lady, you have to show more the society, don't fall for this girl, you are not an object, you are not an item, you are a beautiful creature that God brought to the world, to teach and educate generations after generations, bring leaders that the world needs, you are meant to be a leader not follower, you are matter.

Teenage is not an easy stage, but if you work on your self steam and confidence with working out and eating healthy food, you will find your self in way different bubble, you will be in control of your life, not some douche will control you.

I have seen and experience so many things in life, I have talked with so many people, you can trust me on this when I say it, live your own age, work out, eat healthy, and the time will fly and you will be amazed with how this effected your life.

But I have to say, there is always good men out there who is taking care of their women. Also there is bad women who chose to do wrongs. There is good parents as well who knows how to take care of their children, there is too many good examples out there in every society.

The purpose behind this post is to offer help as much as we can, for those who are seeking the help.
